- You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your unisex heated vest. Please note that the 30-day return period begins from the date of delivery.

- The unisex heated vest must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to a product defect or error on our part.
